Our Sun

Our Sun

This massive, flaming ball of light about which our world revolves year after year is the source of energy for all life on planet Earth.

We are inextricably linked to this star and to the wide range of luminous and invisible (to our eyes) particles, wavelengths, frequencies and emanations – which are carriers of information – radiating from it.

Basking bare skinned in the light of the sun feeds our bodies transdermally with the most natural form of vitamin D. And although it can certainly be damaging to overdo it by allowing ourselves to remain unprotected in the sun so long that we get badly sunburned, the truth is that regular moderate sunshine exposure is actually very good for us and nourishes us on a very fundamental level.

Light entering our eyes is another way rays beaming from the sun may feeds us – not only on a physical level, but also on subtler levels impacting our brains, since visible light is connected with the functioning of our pineal glands.

If you have been conditioned to think fearfully of spending time in the sun, you may wish to reevaluate what you have been led to believe, and to reconsider the health benefits of solar basking.

The Sun is a source of aether-prana. Being in its light enlivens and invigorates us, imbuing us with life-force.
